This past Saturday Vic & I attended the Highland Games in Livonia (about 45 mins from our house). We had a great time! We saw the cabre toss (tossing of telephone poles), the haggis hurl (ewww) and heard some great scottish music. Of course the highlight of the whole event was seeing Vic in her lovely kilt. We've only got one more weekend left before her surgery on the 17th, so we definitely wanted to attend at least one Highland Festival before the year is up! Next Saturday we're going to take the Sweet Baboo to the "Bark In The Park" festivities at one of the local parks. Hopefully we'll have another nice weekend.
One more thing...Have you seen those insurance commercials (Geico, I think) with Little Richard? Every time I see that commercial I just die laughing. "Help me! Somebody help me!" Now every time you see it, you'll think of me!

Susan, tell me about the kilt. It is really cool. So unlike me though. It's actually my family (real) not mine and Cases :) Macdonald battle dress. What a blast. Do tell though. Have a good one Vic. Thanks case for letting me use your blog.
