Today was my last day of school ~ yea! On my way to class I wanted to stop by the grocery store to pick up a few items and I figured that if I'm going to go food shopping I'd better eat something first or else I'd buy an entire chicken or something. So I decided to give Burger King a try and here are a few observations on my dinner with the King...
* Where has customer interaction gone? The only thing Laquita had to say to me was "You want cheese on that?" She was far too busy to greet me or say thank you. She was in a deeply intellectual conversation with her coworkers about how they all dislike Julie. Apparently Julie is just bad news no matter how you look at it.
* The Christmas music gave me the opportunity to hear not only "Dominick the Christmas Donkey" but also the Muppets version of "The Twelve Days of Christmas." I forgot just how much I love Beeker's rendition of nine ladies dancing.
* I got plenty of quiet time to study before my final. Nobody was in the place, so there were no annoying conversations to have to contend with. The Julie debate was taking place behind the counter and far away from my little table.
* I like the onion rings better than the fries. I like anything you can dink into some kind've sauce.
I think I did pretty well on my Speech final, but either way, I'm just glad school is over for a while. I'm going to use this time to catch up on scrapbooking and reading. I haven't read a non-school book in three months and I could use a little fluff. So I plan on being fluffy until at least January 9th (when school starts back up).

Congrats on your final final!
In the future, though, please, please, PLEASE refrain from posting pictures of that CREEEEEEEEEPY king. He scares me a little.
