I finally got my Christmas cards made out today. I'm kinda disappointed because I wanted to make my cards this year just like I did last year, but I just can't seem to find the time to do anything lately. We've been living here almost 6 months and we still don't have the house arranged like we want. I think part of the problem is that Vic & I are rarely home at the same time and we really need to do a lot of stuff together. That's my excuse anyway. We haven't even decorated for Christmas and I love to hang lights and stuff. We really need to work on organizing and arranging soon.
I've been at my new job officially for one week and I really like it so far. Everyone has been really nice and the the time goes by quickly (always a good thing). I'm still learning the little nuances of the PD, but I think I'll do okay. I like my Lt. and all the guys on patrol seem very friendly, so knock on wood, nothing will happen to screw this up.
We're supposed to get 4-8 inches of snow overnight. When I get off work at 7am my car windows already have frost on them ~ I can't imagine what driving in 4" of snow is going to be like! Guess I'll find out in a few hours.
