Vic & I attended our first Tigers game today! They lost, but to another stellar baseball team, the Cleveland Indians. So the day wasn't a complete loss. It was very very hot and we weren't in any shade, but we still had a great time. It took us about 15 mins. to get to the stadium from our house. Ford Field, where the Lions play, is just across the street. We wanted to stop in an Irish bar we read about, but had to get home because Vic's mom was stopping by. If the weather is nice next weekend we may go back downtown to take in a few more sites and try out the Old Shillelagh pub!

I spend most of my time cross-stitching, scrapbooking and just exploring new places I haven't seen before. If I could, I'd be traveling all the time!
